Aristotle put it this way: “Music has a power of forming the character, and should therefore be introduced into the education of the young.” It’s the reason we take music education seriously, even when the student is seven and the song is a nursery tune.
A full musical training
Alongside technique, our lessons cover music theory, ear training and sight-reading, so students understand what they play and can learn new music on their own. Each part is adapted to the student’s age and goals.
International guitar exams
For students who want a recognised measure of their progress, teachers prepare them for Trinity College London guitar exams. Exam work gives practice a clear target: set pieces, technical work and aural tests, each with a standard to meet.
Character as well as skill
Learning an instrument also takes patience, and the nerve to play for other people.
Mr. Elias is a very professional and talented Lebanese guitar teacher. He is extremely passionate, talented and hardworking and passes those qualities onto his students. Through his unique and diverse teaching style, he taught me to free myself through music, to improvise, to think outside the box, and above all, to enjoy the music!
