A line usually credited to Vincent Van Gogh works just as well with a guitar in it: “If you hear a voice within you say ‘you cannot play the guitar,’ then by all means play it, and that voice will be silenced.”
The first weeks are the hardest
Almost every beginner goes through the same stage. Fingertips are sore, chords buzz, and changing from one shape to the next takes far longer than in the videos. This is the point where many people give up, and it’s also the point where a patient teacher makes the most difference.
Small steps, often
Our teachers break the guitar into pieces small enough to manage in a week: one chord change, one strumming pattern, a few bars of a melody. Each lesson starts from where the student actually is.
From a personal experience, I started with Elias a month ago, who I highly appreciate the way he drove me gradually from zero knowledge to something which made me feel more comfortable about the instrument and how play it properly step by step

I was lucky to be a guitar student of Mr. Elias. As a beginner, he was extremely patient with me and always made sure to create a fun, safe, and peaceful environment to learn.

Quieting the voice that says you can’t
When a student hears themselves play a song they couldn’t play a month ago, the doubt gets quieter. Teachers point those moments out, because beginners often miss their own progress.
Mr. Elias have always been an extremely kind and patient person. I can say for sure that all his students feel comfortable to ask and share anything with him. Not to mention that he’s one of the most talented musicians I ever encountered. I used to first think I’m gonna give up on learning guitar, but looking up to him always inspired me to continue.
